Firebirds Wood Fired Grill is renowned for its exceptional steak, seafood, and casual dining experience. With a commitment to quality ingredients and culinary expertise, Firebirds offers a memorable dining experience for guests seeking delicious flavors in a welcoming atmosphere.

The Challenge

As part of an ongoing partnership with Firebirds Wood Fired Grill, Supervox Agency was tasked with designing and implementing seasonal menu promotional campaign to elevate the dining experience and entice guests with exciting culinary offerings. With the aim of enhancing engagement and driving foot traffic to Firebirds locations, our team set out to create visually captivating marketing materials across various digital and physical platforms.

Concept Development

The initial concepts were developed in close collaboration with the Firebirds team, aiming to showcase a seasonal promotion that not only highlights the new dishes but also captures the essence of the Firebirds dining experience. In the first stage of developing the campaign I provided mood boards and sketches illustrating the visually striking concepts that would resonate with Firebirds' target audience.

Design Iteration

With photography and styling elements in place I proceeded to design the seasonal menu feature cards first, carefully integrating the visual assets with engaging copywriting and brand elements. Each design iteration underwent review and refinement to ensure consistency with Firebirds' brand identity and messaging.

Multichannel Marketing

To maximize reach and engagement we utilized the styling and photography used in the seasonal menu features across a range of digital channels. This included eye-catching website carousels to showcase the new offerings, enticing email campaigns to subscribers and dynamic Instagram stories and posts to generate buzz on social media platforms.

In-Restaurant Promotion

Recognizing the importance of the in-restaurant experience, I was tasked to design digital signage to accompany the feature cards to promote the seasonal menu features directly to guests dining at Firebirds locations. By incorporating vibrant imagery and compelling messaging, we aimed to pique the interest of diners and encourage them to explore the new offerings.

Conclusion

In collaboration with Firebirds Wood Fired Grill, Supervox Agency successfully designed and implemented a refreshed seasonal features menu that elevated the dining experience and increased social and email engagement. By working closely with photographers and stylists to capture compelling imagery, I ensured that the visual elements accurately represented the essence of Firebirds' brand, driving excitement and anticipation for the new culinary offerings across digital and physical platforms.
